Healthy Mint Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
I may or may not have been eating this almost every single day this week… Mint chocolate is one of my faaavorite flavors in this world. And when you turn that into a smoothie bowl/nice cream…It’s heaven!!

Healthy mint chocolate smoothie bowl recipe
Cooking time 5 min
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2-3 big tablespoons of raw, unsweetened cacao powder
- 2 dl/6.8 oz. full-fat coconut milk
- Splash of plant milk (if needed)
- 1-2 teaspoons food-grade peppermint extract, or to taste
- Cacao nibs
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend everything together in a blender. You can alter the consistency by adding the liquids little by little.
- Sprinkle some cacao nibs on top and enjoy!
Tips and Notes
This healthy mint chocolate smoothie bowl turns into nice cream when you place it in the freezer for a couple of hours. You can also make a bigger batch, store it in the freezer and enjoy it whenever you are craving something sweet and refreshing! 😋
You can add whatever toppings you like! For example
- Nut butter
- Fresh strawberries
- Hemp seeds
- Puffed quinoa
- Flax seeds
- Freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries
- Dark chocolate chips
