Hi! I’m Jasmin, a lover of slow mornings, raw chocolate, and colorful food ☀️ Find me happiest when I’m doing my morning yoga, cooking, traveling, (EATING), watching the sunrise, or doing something creative. I like to practice creativity through writing, cooking, and photographing.

 

I’m passionate about creating healthy and nutritious gluten-free & dairy-free recipes focusing on whole food plant-based ingredients.

 

On my website, you’ll find my favorite gut-healthy recipes; comfort meals, weeknight curries, delicious salads, healthy sweets, and much more! Most of the recipes are also suitable for IBS. I love simplicity, so the recipes are simple and filled with nutrient-rich plants, and delicious flavors.
